How to find a lost aggressive dog and ensure his safety?

Doctor Melanie,we've looked around and asked around did someone seen him but all we get is that they didn't have seen him. I doubt that anyone would be able to take him in since he had aggressive behaviour issues. And the neighbours tried to kill him once but failed in that.{They've killed the other animals we've had before our precious little girl}. So it's definitely murder. Our country doesn't really care about the animals. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 7 months old | 4 lbs

I'm so sorry! I will fully admit I'm not failure with Bosnia and Herzegovina, so I will take your word that your country doesn't care about animals. I really hope that isn't the case. In terms of your neighbors, I wondering if you can report them to the police or an animal control. It's so wrong they have done that to your animals!
