Why is my Jack Russell falling, circling, and vomiting intermittently?

My jack russell keeps falling and going round in circles as it seems to be that it's legs are not working .it only lasts for about 5 minutes then it is normal again .plus she keeps being sick. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | spayed | 4 years and 8 months old

Sky may have a problem with her equilibrium, ie an inner ear infection. you need to take her to a veterinarian ASAP. The vet will want to do x-rays of the head to check what is going on in her inner ear, and will give sky medication to stop the nausea. There also may be another problem with the brain. Please take Sky to an out of hours vet now.
