German Shepherd, earmites concern and excessive scrathing. How do I help her?

First of all earmites at her age- not very common, it's much more likely to be a bacterial or yeast ear infection. the only way to treat it is with a prescription eardrops, you will need to take her to the vet for that.

This is a sign of an ear infection. Ear infection in dogs can be caused by ear mites (typically puppies), yeast, and bacteria. You need to have Chloe seen by a vet to have this diagnosed and treated. Leaving this untreated can lead to hearing loss.
