My 3-week-old runt puppy looks small. Is this normal or vet visit?

My puppy was the (runt) in the littler. And she is now three weeks of age but she looks as if she is 1 week old should I take her to the vet? Or is it normal because she's the runt? P.s she has her eyes open and she's walks pretty good she falls sometimes but she get right back up and continue to walk. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 21 days old

If she drinks her milk properly and is otherwise in good shape i would say it may be normal, keep on feeding her (or is she fed by her mom?) and see how she goes, she will have a full vet exam when she is 6-8 months before her first vaccination.
