My dogs dew claw is a little inflamed, would a warm compress help the irritation ?

Yes, a warm compress may help, or you can try soaking Lilah's paw in an Epsom salt bath. If that doesn't help, it may be infected, and I would take her into the vet in the morning to have it examined.
