My 3-month-old puppy has diarrhea and is depressed. Could it be worms?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 28 days old | 15 lbs

My puppy is three months old and it has constant bad Direriah it has no worms in it it just looks like it's puppy food the food has a high protien which I know it makes your dogs poop hard she never really had a hard poop she seems really depressed like now when I got her at 2 months she was always a happy dog I take her on walks and she has many toys and treats

Baby Blue could still have worms without you seeing it in her diarrhea. That's because worm eggs can only be seen under a microscope. I would recommend having her seen by a vet tomorrow, and bring in a sample of her feces for the vet to examine under the microscope for worms. The vet can prescribe a deworming treatment for her should she have them.
