Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 7 months old | 6.9 lbs
My cat has distended abdomin and tenderness or discomfort when touching..also bad breath ..might he has intestinal worms? He is male, 6 years old ..no vaccination..short hair With some little congenital defects...what to do? Other problem..he suffers very loud continuous cough with mucus accumolation in his chest...what to do? Other pieces of advice? Thank you!

Given that Tota is not vaccinated, I would be very concerned that his symptoms may be due to something more serious such as FIP. This is a fatal viral disease of cats that causes fluid accumulation in the abdomen. Tota needs to see a vet immediately. His symptoms are very serious and require immediate medical attention.
