My sick puppy is vomiting and won't eat. What can I do until the vet?

My puppy has lost his appetite and is vomiting what looks like saliva. He has been like this for two days but I've been working and unable to take him to a vet. The vets nearby are closed today or don't take walk-ins. Is there anything I can do to help him until I can take him to a vet tomorrow? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 10 lbs

If he vomits everything there is very little you can do, try to give him water with a syringe just to keep him hydrated but he needs to see a vet urgently to get the proper medication that will make the vomiting stop.
