Why is my dog in heat vomiting brown phlegm after running?

my year old beagle collie mix is in heat yesterday she started dri heaving and vomiting blood it slowed down to but now its more like a brown flem and its seems to be happening more often she seem really thirsty and still energetic but every time she exercise's and runs it flares up she dry heavs and eventually starts vomiting. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 15 lbs

It sounds like your pet may have a bleeding disorder. I would definitely recommend getting her checked by your vet and get a coagulation test done. She may require special medication to make sure she doesn't become extremely ill. At the very least she should get anti-vomit medication from your vet.
