My sisters dog has a external tumor or a sac filled with fluids on his behind side. My sister does not care. I saw it about 2 years ago and it was about the size of a penny. I recently visited last week and now it is the size of a baseball hanging by a piece of skin. If i want it taken care of, i will have to be the one to get it done. I live in a different state so taking him to different vets is a bit hard. I just need to know if this is something that can even be cut off. 11yr chihauha

Yes, typically lumps can be removed. Given that it has gotten bigger on Casino, it would be best to have the lump diagnosed and removed. It could be a cyst, a benign tumor, or a malignant tumor. I would take Casino into he vet tomorrow if possible.
