What's the lowest temperature my dog can safely sleep outside?

The weather is really cold and its currently -25 celsius can my dog withstand that temperature at night when hes sleeping or should i keep him inside? Pet's info: Dog | Samoyed | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 20 days old

That is way too cold for Teddy to be sleeping outdoors, especially a four month old puppy. He should be sleeping indoors in that weather, and I would not allow him to sleep outdoors when the temperature is below 5C.
