My pregnant German Shepherd is bleeding and won't eat. What's wrong?

Sir/madam, i have a 16 months old female gsd and she had been crossed a month back and she is not taking her meal as she takes earlier and today i noticed she is bleeding ....im totally confused dnt no what to do .......this is her 2nd time gestation period the earlier was aborted dont know why nd how with same symptoms as now she i suffering .....pls hlp with ur guidens

She needs to be evaluated by a veterinarian and have bloodwork performed immediately. If she is bleeding, she could be aborting the litter. In some cases, we can check progesterone levels and supplement if needed.
