Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 10 years and 10 months old | 12 lbs
My 10 year old inside cat died yesterday from IHMA. The vet talked my wife into giving the cat a rabies vaccine and 15 days later she was very sick with IHMA and died 5 days later. I think the vaccine caused the IHMA. Please let me know if that is probable. We're completely heart broken

I'm very sorry for your loss. Adverse immune reactions, including IMHA, can be caused as a result of any vaccination (rabies tend to cause reactions more often than other vaccines though), it's generally not common but it is a possibility. it's not possible to prove it and it's also possible that it was a coincidence.
