You may see Penelope licking her hind end or scooting it along the floor. You may also see actual segments around her back end or stuck in the fur. Occasionally, a dog will vomit up segments as well. Submit a stool sample to your veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment. You will likely need to treat her and the environment for fleas as well since that is typically how abdog becomes infected with tapeworms.
