My guinea pig had bloody urine, but it stopped. Can a UTI heal itself?

I noticed some blood in my guinea pigs urine and was going to pick up some oral Baytril tomorrow but it has stopped. Can a UTI just go away by itself? I watched her urinate 3 or 4 times today on a puppy pad and it's absolutely normal. Yesterday and the day before she urinated diluted pink urine which made me think she had a UTI. She had one urination that was slightly darker than the rest. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female | 2 lbs

That could disappear without any treatment, idiopathic (unknown cause) UTI is definitively possible. I would recommend to give baytril anyway if she starts urinating small amount of blood again, otherwise just monitor her.
