Poor Simon! I'm glad to hear that he's feeling better now. The most common causes of anorexia, lethargy, and weight loss in cats combined with elevated liver values, bilirubin and pancreatic enzymes would include pancreatitis, cholangiohepatitis (inflammation/infection of the liver and bile duct), or a liver tumor or abscess. Ingestion of something toxic would be fairly uncommon in cats, but certainly possible. If Simon is doing better now, you may not opt to pursue further diagnostics at this point - this is something to discuss with your vet. If you are interested in further testing to try and pin down what may have caused this and whether he's likely to have any further problems in the future, the next steps would likely include a GI blood panel (to check for pancreatitis or similar issues), and abdominal x-rays and ultrasound to better evaluate the liver and gallbladder.
