My dog's stomach gurgles, won't eat for a day. What's wrong?

My dogs stomach is making weird gurgling noises and he won't eat. It usually will last about a day and a half or so sometimes less. Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 65 lbs

If Ruckis is still having this issue then I recommend a visit with your veterinarian to make sure he doesn't have an intestinal upset.
