Is it safe for my dog to eat her afterbirth after giving birth?

my cavachon is to have her first litter should i let her eat all her afterbirths?

They naturally tend to eat the afterbirth and it's completely fine if she does. If she doesn't, then there is no need for her to eat it and it can be disposed of in the regular rubbish bin.
