Why is my puppy distraught, disoriented, with huge pupils and hard belly?

My puppy is running around the room distraught cant calm him down he wont drink or eat or sit still i call his name and he tries to find me but cant. His pupils are huge and has a hardish belly. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 9 days old | 0.5 lbs

This is most suspicious of a drug or medication ingestion. It could also be due to some other poison ingestion, or neurologic disease. Considering his current signs it's best to take him to an emergency veterinarian as soon as possible.
