Can spaying stop my cat's constant meowing and door scratching?

my cat will not stop meowing very loudly and constantly every hour every minute, except when it’s around somebody. we try to sleep at night but when she’s not in the room with you she scratches at the door and cry’s until you let her in, she’s not yet been spayed but will be soon, will this help her? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 6 months old | 10 lbs
