My chihuahua swallows gurgling liquid. Is it healthy or diet related?

Hi! My chihuahua has had this thing where bile (?) comes up into her mouth and she swallows it back. She doesn’t cough it up, you can hear it gurgle and come up, then she makes a swallowing motion and swallows. And she has never spit it out , it’s very casual for her as she does it when she’s resting, playing, etc. She has been doing this for a very long time now but I just wanted to know if it’s healthy for her to do that or if it’s related to her diet. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 10 lbs

It's definitely not healthy for her to do that and it could be due to her diet but i could not tell you that for sure as there are many conditions that could cause such a reflux, for example excessive acidity in the stomach, pancreatitis, gastrointestinal infections and many more, i would recommend taking her o the vet in order to get it checked and treated.
