My cat meows constantly and drools a lot. Is this normal cat behavior?

Why does my cat meow so much? Even when I have people over they can't believe how much she meows even when shes outside and I'm looking at her through the window she will be walking and meowing shes been like this ever since she was a kitten and shes been fixed since 6 months she also drools alot why??? Since the very day I took her home at 10 weeks she was meowing 3 years later she's still meowing shes doesnt meow all day tho maybe like 70-80% of the time

Some cats are very vocal and that’s how they interact. I’ve also seen deaf cats that meow excessively since they can’t hear themselves. Drooling usually occurs when cats are purring and happy.
