Pet's info: Cat | Scottish Fold | Female | spayed | 2 years and 11 months old | 8.8 lbs
My 3 years old female Scottishfold(heterozygous) cat can’t step on her right paw after she wake up but after 20-30 seconds she can step on her paw.She is in this condition for 1 months. She can run, jump(not too high it’s about 70-80cm) and play like normal cat but she prefer not to bend her right paw.But she can bend it if she want. But she prefer left paw.So I went to vet. for x-ray.He said degeneration has started and it’s because of OCD.What can I give her to slowdown degeneration process?

There is nothing that you can do to slow down the process but you can get a glucosamine supplement to help lubricate Balim's joints to make her move better. One such supplement is Cosequin for cats. I would also talk to your veterinarian about an anti-inflammatory to help with any pain she is having. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
