Puppy spitting white foam after parasite meds, what should I do?

He purchased the English bulldog puppy ever wants to go so I can tell the doctor found out he had pneumonia and parasites in his stomach it's been 3 days he's been on medication he has been doing a whole lot better only thing is he seems like he wants to vomit he keeps spitting up white phone it's been going on for 3 days you can lay down and once you start getting up to move he will start gagging like he wants to vomit white foam . We dt knw wat to do

These episodes may be related to a mild gastrointestinal inflammation still present, possibly related to previous parasite infection. No need for treatment but gastrointestinal system has to settled down again. As a first approach I would recommend to start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 72hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhoea, vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.
