My 2-week-old French Bulldog puppy is very vocal. Is this normal?

one of my french bull dog pups who is 2 weeks old is very vocal compared to the other 3 she is nursing well gaining weight and doing normal puppy things

Hello, and thank you for your question! Congratulations on your new puppies. I wouldn't be worried that your one pup is very vocal. Babies all behave slightly differently, and this goes for puppies as well. Most likely she is asking for something when she vocalizes: for example, milk, or warmth. I would observe mum and pups from a distance over the next few days, to make sure that the vocal pup is getting what she needs when she calls. If not, you can gently position her closer to mum's nipples in case she is looking for milk. As an aside, you can start offering commercial puppy food (softened kibble with water) around 4 weeks. They can be fully weaned off moms milk at 8 weeks. I hope this helps, and that your little family is doing well!
