My dog peeing blood, incontinent, and stiff leg. What's the issue?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 7 years old | 63 lbs

My dog has stiff back leg and involuntary piss and poop for several weeks he just passed thick blood clots after a usual energetic afternoon run ... he pissed brownie blood four months ago and vets tested but could not find anything he also had redlike bruising around the inside of his hind legs at the time...??? Any prognosis??

This sign could be due to a inflammation/infection of the urinary tract including prostate as well. In my opinion an ultrasound and urine analysis (with urine take by cystocentesis directly from the bladder) would be necessary to be able to understand properly underlying cause of it. More sinister causes like tumors of the urinary tract/prostate must be considered as well. Unfortunately prognosis is not certain until underlying cause is not diagnosed properly.
