This sign could be due to a inflammation/infection of the urinary tract including prostate as well. In my opinion an ultrasound and urine analysis (with urine take by cystocentesis directly from the bladder) would be necessary to be able to understand properly underlying cause of it. More sinister causes like tumors of the urinary tract/prostate must be considered as well. Unfortunately prognosis is not certain until underlying cause is not diagnosed properly. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
