My unneutered male dog is stressed by my female. Should I spay her?

Hello I have two bull terriers a year and a half boy and year old girl. Both NOT neutered. My boy is having hard time but the female its to young and I don't want to nude my boy. Is there a way to neutered just one of them. Or what do you suggest. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 23 lbs
