Need tick protection for dog on Sentinel Spectrum. What's safe?

Hello, I want to use Sentinel spectrum on my dog noticed it does not cover ticks too. We are in a tick area, what product can I use in conjunction with this? I don't want to double up. Would something like Advantix be suitable? Thanks! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 66 lbs
