What could have caused my black lab to develop such an aggressive cancerous tumor on the inside of his leg, could it have been anything I used in the house cleaning product etc? Thanks

Most cancerous tumors are part of genetics and nothing you did to cause it. There is no way to prevent it either. The cells in his body just replicate to cause the growth. It is best to have it removed if possible as that is the best chance to get rid of cancer before it spreads
