Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Male | 1 year and 8 months old | 2 lbs
Hello there, I have a year and a half old Netherland buck that I am looking to neuter as we have put out name in to get him a little brother. The second rabbit is 2 months old and can't be neutered yet I am just worried about any levels of aggression since we will have to do them separately. Do you have any advice? Thank you

Hello. You will want to neuter the older rabbit first, & try to have this done several weeks before introducing the new bunny. After several weeks, all the testosterone will be out of Thumper's system & other than taking some time & care to let them get to know each other, there should be no sexual aggression on Thumper's part. Then have the younger rabbit neutered as soon as your veterinarian recommends. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
