Can I get rabies from a puppy's paw scratch, even if it's minor?

Good evening. Let me rephrase my first question. I just wanted to ask if can I be infected with rabies from just a puppy's paw scratch? Note: -The wound is half inch of length, not really deep, looks only like a rash. -I felt that no mouth or tongue with saliva touched the wound.

Yes I understand. The infection in my opinion is very unlikely, but I hope you appreciate the fact that i cannot rule it out 100% and this is a platform designed only for veterinary advice. I would recommend to ask advice to a human doctor about it.
