My dog threw up a worm-like thing and has kennel cough. What is it?

There is this worm thing that has come out of my dog. I do not know where it has come from. Please see photo. She has kennel cough at the minute too.

It appears like this could be a fluke. I would recommend that you take Billie to the vet to have this evaluated so that she can get an appropriate treatment. Some flukes can affect the lungs or liver, so the vet may recommend x-rays since she is currently coughing.
