Why is my dog yelping, tilting, and lifting her leg while sleeping?

I have a 9 year old Chihuahua wiener dog mixed female. I moved about a week ago. She'll wake up in the middle of the night yelping, the side of her tilting to the side and her leg up in the air (her right side). Sometimes she'll stay locked in the position sometimes she'll snap out of it. Its getting worse and I can't figure out what to do. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 6 months old | 30 lbs
