My dog gets wobbly, pants, and tires quickly after play. Vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 4 months old

When panda is running round training and chasing a ball he gets a bit wobbly in his legs then lays down panting exscesively its summer and quite warm we don't spend long working before this happens what would be causing it and he also finds concentration hard on what we are doing does he need to see my vet or just monitor at home .

That seems unusual for a young dog so I do recommend a veterinary exam to make sure there is no problem with his heart and lungs. They will listen to his heart and lungs and perhaps take an X-ray too. A blood panel to check for anemia is also indicated.
