My dog is crying in pain, panting, not eating, and constipated. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 8 years and 1 month old | 18 lbs

My Schnauzer is crying in pain. Panting,dry nose, very warm head, not much apatite, urinating , but no passing stool for at least 2 days.

I'm sorry to hear that Bentley isn't feeling well. It is not surprising that he is not having bowel movements since he isn't eating. Possible causes of his panting, crying and loss of appetite could be due to orthopedic pain from arthritis or injury, organ dysfunction, pancreatitis (which can also be quite painful), among other issues. I strongly recommend taking Bentley to his vet for further evaluation to determine why these signs are occurring so that the most appropriate course of treatment can be started. I hope that he feels better soon!
