Hello, My dog is experiencing very dry nose due to runny nose. He also experiencing inflamed gums. His appetite is normal and his behavior is normal too. Thank you Anastasia. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 10 months old | 119 lbs

The moisture and temperature of a dog’s nose is rarely an indicator of health. However a runny nose and inflamed gums could mean that there is an active infectious or inflammatory process going on. I would recommend that you have DJ examined by a vet. They can do a thorough physical exam and recommend the best treatment, which may include antibiotics, anti inflammatories, or a dental cleaning.
