Hello my female dog has a fatty tumor on her butthole she is seven and a half years old and seems to be very healthy I had it tested it's a fatty tumor should I remove this or leave it alone I also find it she licks it from time to time

I'm glad you have had this lump on Chole tested and it's just a fatty tumor! These lipomas (fatty tumors) can continue to grow bigger, and it may start to obstruct her anus, causing her to have trouble passing feces. It also seems like it may annoy her a bit if she licks it from time to time. Typically, lipomas are left alone and not removed as long as they aren't causing any problems to the dog or affecting them in anyway. Given the location of her lipoma and the fact she is licking it, removing it in this case might be the best idea. I would discuss with the vet having it surgically removed.
