My dog is vomiting, weak, shaking, and breathing hard. What to do?

I fed Mattie Chicken and Rice yesterday but gave her Minute Rice this time. Now she has vomited it up and is weak and has labored breathing, also she shakes like she is afraid. What can i do? And was it the Minute rice? She usually is attacking thw animals on tv. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | neutered | 3 years and 1 month old | 17 lbs
