My cat has thick white eye pus and won't eat. What should I do?

My cat is having thick, white pus forming in both eyes. And he's had no appetite for the last 4 days. I don't know what to do. I even tried changing his food. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 5 lbs

I’m sorry to hear about Mystic. This probably has nothing to do with the food and more to do with a serious eye infection- often due to feline herpes virus. See your vet as Mystic very likely needs some eye medication and may need other treatments. Best of luck to you and Mystic!
