Are cloves and vinegar safe for my rabbit's sensitive nose and cage?

Q1: Is the smell of cloves dangerous for rabbits? Q2: can I use vinegar + warm water to clean my rabbit's cage or will it affect her?

Great questions! Rabbits do have very sensitive noses and are sensitive to smells. In looking up cloves, I found that it as a essential oil is not safe for rabbits. That would include the smell as well, so I would avoid using cloves around Hestia. As for cleaning her cage, a vinegar and warm water solution is fine to use to clean her cage, just make sure it's completely dry before you put her back in the cage. I hope this helps!
