Why does my Doberman puppy show teeth when I scold or punish him?

Hi i want to ask that duke is a doberman and he is of 7 months when i catch him in a right moment when he does a bad thing i scold him and beat him lightly with paper but then he again repeat that thing and when i beat him lightly he show me his teeths to sacre me so what should i do about these two things help.

So, I'm going to recommend a major change in strategy. By hitting Duke you are hurting him, scary, and unpredictable, which scared him and is why he shows his teeth. He's trying to get you to stop being inappropriate and scary. Instead, ignore bad behaviors and reward him for EVERYTHING good that he does. Aim to give him at least 50 small (half a cheerio in size) treats per day. If there are specific problems you are having, please request a consult or talk to your veterinarian.
