My cat has a watery eye and just vomited. Should I be concerned?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 3 years and 10 months old | 12 lbs

My cat is 4 years old and he has a watery left eye and just vomited, he seems ok and just ate dry food but should I be concerned

The watery eye might be due to an eye infection, if it persists it will require an antibiotic eye drop. the vomiting might be a one time thing, but if it reoccur in the next 24 hours then it's probably a gastrointestinal infection, this might require a vet visit in order to get it treated.
