Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 11 years and 10 months old | 48 lbs
Is it possible that a benign tumor can rupture from blunt force trauma causing the dog to internally bleed and die also how could I tell if his tumor was benign or it was cancer also when a dog is in shock can it feel and hear me and is it painful for a dog when he eternally bleeds

I will answer one question at a time in order: - yes it can, an example would be a benign tumor of the spleen for example. - the only way to tell is by doing an analysis of the tumoral tissue - cardiovascular shock does not compromise consciousness usually; - bleeding is not necessarily correlated to pain (a wound or tissue inflammation would be painful though). Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
