My 8-week kitten was stepped on. Why is he pooping and lethargic?

Hi a stepped on my 8 week old kittens stomach and know he won't stop pooping and he isn't walking around his just laying down. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 12 days old

If Bentley continues to be lethargic I recommend a trip to the vet asap to make sure is all ok. He is probably just a little sore! Offer him a small amount of food and monitor.
