My dog has liver damage and high blood sugar. What are my options?

My dog(golden retreiver),male,is suffering from liver damage,infection,and hogh blood sugar. We refered various vets but none was able to give proper treatment for this. Now i am not able to find how can i save him.please help......:(. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | 5 years and 1 month old | 35 lbs

I am sorry to hear that Aaron isn’t feeling well. If he has been diagnosed with diabetes then the liver values may improve once you have the diabetes under control. However, depending on how severe the liver disease is sometimes a biopsy of the liver is the only way to obtain a definitive diagnosis and make the best treatment plan.
