Bunny’s been having diarrhea lately. He pooped outside his litter box two days ago because of that. He has been showing restless behavior from the past 3/4 days (meowing excessively, not sleeping on his bed, running around). He gets his fur really dirty because of the diarrhea. Are there any home remedies or medicines to fix this? As going to the vet is not really possible for now. I’d highly appreciate your help.

I am sorry that Bunny is having this issue. I would recommend putting him on a bland diet (boiled chicken) for a few days. I would also recommend shaving under his tail to help with his fur getting dirty. Unfortunately, if this does not help then I do recommend taking Bunny to a veterinarian. They can provide medication to help resolve everything and make sure that the reason he is acting the way he is, is because of the diarrhea. If you notice any blood, vomiting, anorexia or lethargy he needs to see a vet as soon as possible. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
