hello I rescued a toy poodle I was told he weighs 1.4 pounds and have some hip issues he has a hump in his back and his front legs are longer than his back legs his urine spells really weird and his breath smells weird as well and his teeth are really short is this things that I need to be concerned about please help

I think you should have all of these thinks evaluated by your veterinarian. Weird breath is not normal, so Teddy may have dental disease that needs to be treated. A weird smell in the urine should also be evaluated by doing a urinalysis in case he has a urinary tract infection. We certainly see some orthopedic problems in the hips of small dogs, but your veterinarian may recommend x-rays to further evaluate that depending on what they find on exam. So, all of these things may be minor problems, but I would certainly recommend having your veterinarian examine Teddy to see if there is anything that should be done to improve them. Good luck!
