My dog has dry skin. Can I use human products like baby oil on her?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 8 lbs

My 8 pound Chihuahuas belly is really dry and I give her baths twice a month and she is still really dry is their anything that humans use that I can use for sassy such as baby oil?

For dry skin, the best oral supplementation for dogs seems to be fish oil. Be sure to use a liquid for a small dog, so you can give an accurate amount. We try to avoid putting anything on their skin that might be a problem for them to lick.
