Can I give my puppy cold milk or should I heat it up first? And also I wash her blankets with the soap I use to wash my clothes is that bad? Should I stop? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 15 days old

A 15 day old puppy should still be nursing from its mother exclusively. If the mother has rejected it, you should be feeding slightly warmed puppy milk replacer (Esbilac is a good brand, available at pet stores) from a bottle. There is nothing inherently wrong with washing her blankets in the same soap as you use.
