My pet is skinny with diarrhea & sneezes, but still active. Worms?

He has diearrea color is light brown and liquidity and sneeze and is skinny but he eats drinks plays could you help me understand whats wrong with him? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered

This diarrhea in Bear could be caused by intestinal parasites. Those would keep him from gaining weight and have diarrhea while eating, drinking, and playing. I would recommend taking Bear into the vet in the morning with a sample of his feces. The vet can do a fecal exam to diagnose intestinal worms, and can prescribe a deworming treatment for him.
